Contact and responsibility
ScandiBots is operated by Ninna AS, organisation no. 916 872 208, which is the controller for enquiries through this website. Contact info@scandibots.no with questions about personal data processing or to request access, correction or deletion. Kristian Ek is the founder and contact person.
When you send an enquiry
The form sends your name, email address, optional company, selected service or plan and message to ScandiBots to respond and discuss next steps. Vercel handles the website and API. Resend delivers the internal notification to info@scandibots.no. No automatic confirmation is sent to the address you enter. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.
Purposes and basis
We use your enquiry to discuss what you ask us about. Contact details are not used for automated marketing. Contract-related enquiries are processed to follow up the request; other business enquiries are assessed based on the need to respond. Optional chat is activated only with your consent.
Storage and abuse protection
Messages may remain in the recipient’s inbox and with the email provider. The website does not automatically delete inboxes, email logs or conversations. The form uses the Vercel Firewall for per-client and aggregate counters within each Vercel region, in 10-minute windows. The IP address is transformed with a secret key into counter keys; message content is not included. Vercel also receives technical IP information to perform the check. Provider operational logs may contain technical request data. Contact us about specific retention or deletion.
Optional chat and local settings
Your consent choice is stored locally in the browser with a version and timestamp for up to 180 days. Chat from bot.scandibots.no loads only when you allow chat and open it. The service may then process messages, IP address and browser data. Avoid sensitive information. You can withdraw consent in privacy settings; this stops the open chat and future loading but does not delete previous data held by the service. Font files are served locally. This website version does not use Google Ads, Google Analytics or conversion tracking.
Providers and your rights
Information may be processed by hosting, email and chat providers as part of the service. Processing locations, any transfers outside the EEA and applicable agreements depend on provider configuration. Ask us for specific information. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, or object where applicable, and complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
