Prerequisites
API availability, licence tier, data quality and vendor terms need assessment. We agree one authoritative system per data type and how duplicates are identified.
Scope and limits
No particular platform connection is guaranteed before assessment. A chat widget on a website is not itself an integration with order or customer data.

Pricing and ongoing support
