• Test questions and a content maintenance routine.

Prerequisites

A content owner must approve sources and keep them current. Personal data, vendors and access are assessed before connecting internal documents. Adapting with content is not the same as training model weights.

Scope and limits

Answers can be wrong. Booking, outbound messages and changes in other systems require separately agreed integrations and permissions. A question-and-answer subscription does not cover an ERP or portal project.

How we work

1. Choose questions, sources and who follows up.
2. Test Norwegian, English and questions without a known answer.
3. Approve publication and agree content updates.

Price and timeline are agreed after we clarify your needs, integrations and scope. Operations, licences and further development are specified in the proposal.
