Discovery and technical review
Where does manual work take up time, and where does information stop flowing? We review workflows and systems and recommend prioritised improvements, with dependencies and boundaries.
Discuss: Discovery and technical reviewWho it is for
For teams that want to understand the problem before choosing tools or commissioning development. Workflow discovery follows the work; a technical review examines agreed code, a website or system configuration.
What we agree to deliver
- A map of processes, systems and responsibilities.
- Findings with concrete observations, consequences and uncertainty.
- Alternatives and a prioritised action plan with dependencies.
Prerequisites
We need a contact who knows the workflow, sample tasks and agreed read access to relevant systems. Scope and data handling are agreed before the review.
Scope and limits
The review is not security certification, penetration testing or a legal audit. Development and fixes are agreed separately; a finding does not prove that a risk has been exploited.
How we work
- Define questions, systems and access.
- Examine the workflow and document findings.
- Review priorities and choose the next step.
Pricing and ongoing support
Price and timeline are agreed after we clarify your needs, integrations and scope. Operations, licences and further development are specified in the proposal.
